8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • Under French consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it, no questions asked.

  • To start a return, email contact@z-elles-aero.com with your order number.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

We cover the return shipping cost – a prepaid label will be emailed to you once your request is approved.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and checking your returned item, using the original payment method.
